Frontier is the "value" brand to Gexs's premium brand. Frontier generally has the same or lower rates, more often they tend to be tiered rates that can work if you know your usage. Frontier is always worth a look.

Frontier is the sister brand to Gexa Energy. Both are backed by Next Era Energy (NYSE:NEE) one of the largest Electriity / Energy companies in the world. Frontier has aggressive prices, and top level customer service, billing and online functionality.

We like Frontier's agressive rates, They tend to be a price leader, but many plans are "Tiered" rate plans with bill credits at certian usage levels. This can be great if the usage band fits your usage patterns. If your usage falls below the usage "tier" you pay a higher rate.

Frontier Utilities has received a range of customer feedback. Positive reviews highlight competitive rates, straightforward setup processes, and effective customer service.
